With an MBA from Rice University, Nubia Perez most recently worked at Gazprom Marketing & Trading, the world’s largest natural gas company, where she originated environmental commodities throughout Latin America. Since 2023, she has served as CEO of Gretna Machine Shop, a 100% women‑owned, family‑owned machine shop founded in 1980. Under her leadership, the company continues to produce mid‑sized precision metal components for the energy, defense, and aerospace industries.
